Our rental process is simple and done through email verification steps.
Create a reservation on our website.
You will receive an email with three important links.
First link: Sign the rental contract. Click the link and complete the signature.
Second link: Verify your insurance (only if you want to use your own insurance). It will take you to the insurance verification portal.
Third link: Verify your information by filling out your details.
If you haven’t made the payment on the website during reservation, complete your payment as the final step.
Once all steps are completed, your booking will be confirmed.
Our home base is located at 82 Karina Court, San Jose, CA. We offer rental services throughout the entire Bay Area, ensuring convenient vehicle pickup and drop-off options wherever you need.
Just a Valid driving License and you are good to go
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required when you make a reservation. The amount is 450$ for vans and economy vehicles, and 750$ for luxury vehicles. The deposit will be refunded within one week after the rental.
We accept Venmo,Zelle,Apple pay or all major credit/debit cards.
No, insurance is not included with the rental. If your personal auto insurance or credit card provides coverage for rental vehicles, you can use that coverage for our cars (proof may be required). If you prefer, we also offer insurance that you can purchase directly from us.
We include 150 miles per day with every rental. If you need additional mileage, you can purchase unlimited miles as an add-on.
If you exceed the included mileage and do not have the unlimited option, there is an extra charge of 1$ per mile.
Yes, but additional drivers must present a valid driver’s license and may incur an extra fee.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Fuel charges apply if returned with less fuel.
Yes, delivery and pickup options may be available depending on your location and vehicle type. Fees may apply.
Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily charges. Please inform us in advance if you need an extension.
No, tolls are billed separately based on actual usage and are deducted from your deposit or charged to your card.
Vehicles must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or smoking may result in additional 350$ cleaning fees.
No. Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and will incur a 350$ cleaning fee.
A separate 99$ pet fee is charged. A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is returned with pet hair or odor.
Contact us immediately. In case of an accident, call local authorities first and obtain a police report.
Out-of-state travel may be allowed with prior approval. Restrictions apply to certain vehicles.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the reservation are fully refundable.
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the reservation start time, or failure to show up, may result in additional fees.
Yes, rental extensions are allowed depending on availability. Contact us before your return time to avoid late fees.
Yes, weekly and monthly rental options are available at discounted rates.
Tolls are automatically billed. Parking tickets or traffic violations are the renter’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly.
